We’ll keep in touch

You will get a booking reminder by email the day before, and a text on the morning our team are due to arrive. 

You will also get a text when our team are on their way.  We even include a link so you can follow their progress toward you on Google Maps!

When our team arrive

They will have a quick look at the items you would like removing and give you a fixed price.

Pricing is based mainly on the volume taken up in our truck.

Getting the job done

They will take payment from you by cash or card in person, or over the phone.

They will then remove all the items you have requested to be gone.

Finishing up

When our team have finished, they will have a quick sweep up and make sure you are happy with what they have done.

They will then send you your paid invoice by email directly from the site.

(If you are not around, they will include before, and after photos with your invoice, so you can see what they have done).

Responsible disposal

We will look to donate or recycle as much of your waste as we can.
