We understand that as an estate agent you are measured in your support of the vendor and their ability to achieve the best possible sale price in the shortest realistic time period.  We also recognise that to do this, part of your role is to remove barriers and minimise factors that could stall a sale or put off a potential buyer.  Our business is aimed at achieving precisely that.

We offer house clearance, rubbish removal and garden clearance services aimed at minimising barriers incurred through a property being presented less than favourably, or where left over furniture, rubbish or a jungle of a garden are hindering a sale.

With our 24/7 online estimating and booking portal, you are quickly able to gauge price and availability to pass on to a vendor and, once booked, can have confidence that your booking request will be carried out by our professionally trained, DBS checked vehicle crews.  On top of this you will receive email and text reminders of your booking as well as before and after photos emailed to you along with digital waste transfer notes and invoices directly from site, enabling you and your team to have eyes on the ground without leaving the office.  It also almost goes without saying that we hold a higher tier waste carrier license and appropriate liability insurance to indemnify you and your customers and, make every effort to donate or recycle items we remove to minimise you and your customers’ impact on landfill.

In some instances, you may prefer to just pass on our details to your vendor or land lord and we can liaise directly with them regarding bookings, payments etc.  However, should you wish to undertake bookings directly with us, you will also gain from our repeat business loyalty programme that will result in you gaining up to 15% off job prices, that you can choose to pass on to your vendors or not.

As a rule of thumb for residential customers and those businesses we have not worked with before, we require payment on the day at the commencement of work by card or cash.  This enables us both to see how each other works and for you to decide if our service is suitable for you on an ongoing basis.  Should you like what you see, we are more than open to put you on payment terms for further jobs, progressing through Net 7 – 14 days.
