Pricing is largely based on volume and the types of items or materials.  Peoples’ understanding of small and large are different and unfortunately photos can be unintentionally deceiving.  We are therefore unable give you an exact price until we are able to see your rubbish.

We are however able to help you estimate your waste volume and therefore likely cost.  You can do this by making a booking enquiry, via our pricing page or by giving us a call so we can help you do this.

We are happy to take a booking based on your estimate, then when our team arrive at your property they will review your rubbish and give you a firm price.  You can then choose whether we take all your rubbish, or only rubbish up to a certain price amount.

Contact us as soon as possible, slots fill up quickly.

If you make a booking enquiry through out website, our system will guide you through estimating your rubbish and will show you an estimated price and all available appointment windows over the next three weeks.

For larger jobs or if you property is outside our normal operational area, we may have to review your estimate before committing to an appointment, just to ensure we can provide you the exceptional service you deserve.

Ideally customers should be on site when our team arrives.

If you cannot be on site for any reason, it is important that you be available by phone.  Providing it has been made clear to our team what needs to be taken, they will review your rubbish and call you with a price.  They are able to take debit and credit card payments over the phone.

Once the work is completed, they will then send you an invoice showing paid and any after photos so you can check everything has been removed as requested.

In exceptional circumstances we may be able to do this, however it is unsafe for our teams to work in the dark.  Please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss your options.

We will send you an appointment reminder 24 hours before by email and another a few hours before your appointment by text.

We will also send you a text to notify you when our team team is on its way giving you an estimated arrival time, plus a link so you can follow our team’s progress toward you on Google Maps!

One or two strong and professional people, shovels, rakes, brushes and wheelbarrows or sack trucks where appropriate.

They are also able to bring cutting equipment such as hedge cutters and reciprocal saws if the type of work being undertaken requires it.

We will try to recycle as much of your rubbish as we can.  This includes giving to charities as well as using material recycling centres and local waste transfer stations.  We try to direct as much  rubbish away from landfill as we can.

Please note that we are not a scrap metal merchant, salvage company or a charity.

Out staff do all the loading, clean up after they have finished and then transport, recycle or dispose of all waste responsibly using authorised disposal sites.  We are charged for the disposal of waste at these sites.

Our staff provide all the labour and clean up before leaving.  We charge by the volume of waste being taken and can remove it from anywhere on your premises.

If you hire a skip, it needs to sit on your land or, you need to pay for an on road permit.  You will need to load it yourself and, you will be charged for the size of the skip you hire, even if you do not fill it up.

Our vehicles are 7 metres long by 2.6 metres wide and can carry a volume of 9 m3 of rubbish per load.  For heavy waste such as rubble we can carry 1 m3 per load due to load weight limits.

Our team drivers are pretty good at parking in most places, however due to the size of our vehicles, there are a couple of things you can consider to help any removal go smoothly and avoid additional labour charges.

  • Will our vehicle fit on your drive or any back lane you want us to use?
  • If access is via a back lane, are there any tight or sharp corners to consider?
  • If parking is at a premium can you reserve a spot close to your property by parking your vehicle there before we arrive?

Yes and no.  We are not insured to carry goods in transit, therefore cannot indemnify you against any damages that may occur.  Equally our vehicles carry various types of waste every day, so are sometimes dirty.  If however you have some low value items that you do not mind being transported in such a vehicle under these terms, we are happy to do this for you, providing it is within our operational area of Somerset, N Somerset, Bristol or Bath.
