Cellars are a valuable extension to our property’s space. You can convert them into living space, use them as a utility room, or use them as a general storage area. However, like most areas that we don’t use all the time, they can often become a dumping ground for things we are keeping ‘just in case’ or, that we plan to clear out, but just not yet.
Because they are out of the way, keeping on top of your cellar space often ends up falling behind other life priorities. Then when you do finally get around to considering your cellar clearance, it is common to be surprised by just how much stuff you have accumulated. But don’t worry, we can do all the heavy lifting for you.
Preparing for a cellar clearance
You will most likely have lots of things you want to keep and a few things you want to get rid of, or maybe its the other way round. Either way, spending some time in the cellar working out what you would like to keep and what’s to go.
- Set aside some time to spend going through things, you will be surprised what is down there, so try to be realistic about how long it might take.
- Try to organise your things into different piles, those things to keep, those things to sell or give to a loved one and those things that just have to go.
- Just remember, if you haven’t used it for a long time, ask yourself, are you really going to use it?
Our flexible solution
Wherever your rubbish is on your premises, our well trained and friendly staff will be all too happy to take it away for you. You don’t even need to move it, show us where it is, make yourself and cup of tea, and we’ll take care of the rest for you and let you know when we’re done. Once we are finished, we will get you to inspect to make sure you are happy, then issue you with a digital invoice, waste transfer note and before and after photos, so you can evidence proper disposal of your cellar waste.

You will get an email reminder the day before and a text reminder on the morning of your booking.
We’ll let you know when we are on the way. On arrival we will firm up the price for you, take payment, then clear your waste and sweep up.
Once you have inspected to make sure you are happy, we will email you directly from site your waste transfer note, invoice showing paid, and any before and after photos.
