- Before the collection, you’ll get a reminder email and text from us, and another text when we are on the way
- We’ll confirm the price with you before starting, adjusted if necessary if the estimate was under or over (you can accept the revised price or ask us to take the household appliances up to an agreed amount)
- Off it goes! Say goodbye to the old white goods and rest easy knowing that they are being reused or disposed of properly

Disconnecting white goods
Most white goods disconnect easily, however, there can be challenges with some. Washing machines can result in water spillage and plumbed-in electric and gas cookers require certified tradesmen to disconnect them.
Though our professional teams are trained internally for disconnecting bayonet gas connections and electric cookers, this is only while working closely with certified tradesmen for property management companies such as housing associations. For residential customers, you will need to have plumbed in appliances disconnected by a professional before we are able to remove them.

You will get an email reminder the day before and a text reminder on the morning of your booking.
We’ll let you know when we are on the way. On arrival we will firm up the price for you, take payment, then clear your waste and sweep up.
Once you have inspected to make sure you are happy, we will email you directly from site your waste transfer note, invoice showing paid, and any before and after photos.
We operate across Bristol, Bath, Taunton and the remainder of the Somerset region, so are able to offer you a national level of quality service, locally.
